I will use the address you provide at checkout, not your payment address (if different).

Are you items authentic?
Yes! All of my items are 100% authentic.

When will my items be shipped?
Your items will be shipped within 48 business hours (excluding holidays and Sundays), unless noted otherwise.

Do you accept returns?
No. I apologize, but I cannot accept any returns due to the nature of the products once it has been opened. In the event that your item arrives defective or damaged, I will gladly replace them. Please email me at mymakeuplover@gmail.com

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation number through Paypal. You can enter your delivery confirmation number at usps.com to track your order. (U.S. only)

Which payment options are available?
I only accept Paypal as form of payment at this time.

Do you ship internationally?
No. I will not be able to ship any packages internationally at this time.

Do you have a minimum/maximum purchase?
No. There is currently no minimum purchase requirement, but you are allowed maximum of 10 of each item in the store per purchase.

Do you combine shipping for multiple items?
Yes. All shipping will be combined and calculated by weight. You will receive a more accurate shipping quote once you check out.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
I ship all domestic packages with delivery confirmation which will serve as proof that your package has reached its destination. If you have delivery issues, please contact your local post office for further assistance.

How long will my package take to arrive?
Domestic packages will arrive within 2-7 business days.

Why was my order canceled?
Orders may have been canceled for the following reasons: incorrect item description, incorrect item price, system error, exceeding maximum purchase, etc. Invoices that have not been paid for within 48 hours of placing order will be canceled without notice.

How accurate are the descriptions of the items?
I try my best to describe each item accurately, but it is also the duty of the customer to do his/her own research of products.
